Job Description

adi Electrical Design Engineer

The Role

An Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring our designs are safe and adhere to electrical standards.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Interpretation and processing of electrical data to produce arc flash risk management reports.
  • Producing AutoCAD drawings of electrical design layouts from existing network drawings.
  • Undertaking site surveys of existing electrical distribution systems for modeling.
  • Supporting the design and processing of electrical installation certificates (EIC)
  • Supporting the processing of minor electrical installation works Certificate (MEIC)
  • Supporting the processing of electrical installation condition reports (EICR)

About You

We would like to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience in electrical industrial and commercial sector.
  • Good understanding of H.V. / L.V. electrical distribution systems.
  • Understanding of Auto CAD & CAD operating systems.
  • Understanding of Amtech or similar electrical data recording systems.
