Job Description
adi Facilities Engineering Refrigeration/Chiller Engineer
40 Hours per week Monday to Friday
On-call 1 in 4
About the Role
As a Refrigeration Engineer you will support our key customers for the service and maintenance of refrigeration and all elements of HVAC to upkeep all site equipment to current legislation and standards.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- The plant, equipment and services within the Engineer’s remit includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Refrigeration plant
- Air Handling Units
- Packaged liquid chillers
- Pump sets and valves
- Electrical and control equipment
- Breakdown and emergency situations, diagnose, and rectify faults and carry out effective hands-on maintenance and repairs.
- Carrying out F-Gas compliance checks and keeping F-Gas compliance records up to date.
About You
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- An extensive amount of experience within Refrigeration Engineering.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Time served as an Apprentice.
- NVQ/C&G Refrigeration Based Qualification.
- Refrigerant Handling C&G or Equivalent CITB Certificate.
