Job Description
adi Projects – Project Manager
You will be based at our Head Office in Birmingham however projects can be located nationally so flexibility to travel is a must for this position.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will manage the project lifecycle from concept through to handover.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage the preparation of tender returns for either full turnkey project opportunities, or prospects at any phase of the project lifecycle (Concept, FEED, Detailed Design or Construction/Commissioning).
- Preparing/compiling estimates and pricing for prospects or projects.
- Managing projects (Design, Construction, or EPC) with a value of between £50k and £25m
- Planning and managing in house adi Group resources allocated to a project.
- Planning and managing subcontract resources associated with a project.
- Coordinating the site management team / provide management support.
- Liaising and coordinating with multi-disciplinary design engineers and manufacturing teams.
- Compiling and presenting Project Reports.
- Customer facing business development support.
About you
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Prior experience as an Engineering Project Manager preferably within industrial sectors such as Food and Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Water, Hydrogen, Batteries or Manufacturing.
- The ability to consecutively manage and prioritise multiple prospects and projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Determination.
